SUSAN L. (SUSIE) HOELLER

PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY

Throughout her career Ms. Hoeller has been active in professional, academic and community organizations. She is currently an adjunct instructor for the Executive MBA program at the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa.

Since 2008, Ms. Hoeller has served as an Advisor to the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Americas Beachhead Program. She is a co-founder of the Arkansas Chapter of Women in International Trade and a past director of the Tampa Bay Chapter.

Susie is a former director of the Forum for International Trade Training in Ottawa, Canada.

She has authored articles for American Bar Association antitrust publications, the Texas Bar Journal and on-line business publications. Susie has received awards from the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Services of North Texas for her pro bono legal service.

Ms. Hoeller has been admitted to practice law in Florida, Arkansas, Texas, Illinois, Maine and the federal court for the Northern District of Illinois. Currently, only her law license in Florida is on active status.

She received her law degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated from Colby College cum laude with a B.A. in history and government. She received her primary and secondary education in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and was born in Chicago, Illinois.

THEODORE M. HOELLER, SR.

Theodore M. Hoeller, Sr.’s career has spanned over forty years in the fields of capital investment, transportation, domestic and international real estate development, marketing, and entrepreneurial ventures. He has held senior positions with large corporations based in Chicago, Illinois.

In addition, as an entrepreneur, he has successfully developed many small and medium size companies. Ted has also acted as a consultant, owner’s representative and CEO or COO for emerging companies in the semiconductor, chemical services and general aviation fields.

He has served in leadership and volunteer positions with business, civic, charitable, fraternal, university, and religious groups. Ted has been appointed to various governmental boards in the areas of real estate appraisal, public transportation services, and airport management.

Ted has a B.A. degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and an Associate of Applied Science degree from Grayson College in Denison, Texas. He has taught courses about general business, viticulture, enology, real estate law, marketing and sales. Ted’s diverse background provides him with a businessman’s perspective on complex legal issues which arise in large corporations, as well as the legal needs of startup companies and their growth into successful mid-sized firms. Ted works to make sure that the firm’s information technology systems are working smoothly and clients are receiving the legal services they require on time, within budget, and that the billing practices are accurate. He is also dedicated to keeping the Hoeller Law Firm overhead low so that our fees are reasonably priced with the belief that our success is based upon our ability to help our clients become more successful.

Ted was born in Chicago, Illinois.
